Perform testing on all Research patients (e.g. Cybex, Balance, etc.) Prepare all necessary forms for surgeons in the operating room and patients/providers at office visits. Provide copies of signed consent forms to patients and to PA’s to place in St. Vincent’s medical record. Ensure adherence to research protocol guidelines for patient visits and required evaluation.
