Overview: The RN Educator is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining clinical education programs for Flagler Hospital employees. This position delivers educational trainings using a variety of mediums while assessing employee training needs and performing ongoing evaluation of implemented programs Responsibilities: Essential Responsibilities Develops, implements, and maintains clinical education programs for Flagler Hospital employees and members of the community. Develops unit-specific orientation programs, educational programs, and computer-based learning modules. Coordinates annual competency validation for staff. Coordinates student programs. Serves as a primary resource person for Flagler Hospital employees with regards to clinical education and training programs. Provides educational offerings through a variety of media including lectures, written materials, on-line presentations, role-playing and other media, as appropriate.
