Coordinate and schedule outgoing transports using AmeriPro systems and facility tools. Partner with case management, nursing, and facility leadership to oversee each transport from request through departure. Prepare and verify all required documentation, data, and patient belongings for seamless transport. Monitor and communicate transport status updates clearly and promptly, including any changes. Participate in facility and internal meetings to review transport activity and address workflow or logistical needs. Maintain accurate entries within the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system, including insurance verification. Follow AmeriPro EMS policies and procedures while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
