Job Summary The Operations Supervisor is a first-line people leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of a defined production area (e.g., Framing, Assembly, Integration, Test, or Fabrication). The WCS ensures that all teams operate safely, meet takt time and schedule targets, and deliver high-quality output in alignment with KPIs. This role manages multiple Team Leads and Operators and partners closely with the Operations Manager to identify constraints, support continuous improvement, and maintain flow across the work center. Please note: This position requires 100% in-office presence in our Jacksonville locations and does not offer remote work. Second shift hours are 3:00pm - 11:30pm EST. Essential Functions Lead daily execution of production activities in the assigned work center to meet or exceed safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets. Supervise, coach, and evaluate Team Leads and Operators, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork. Ensure adherence to daily build schedules and takt time; escalate risks to production targets to the Operations Manager. Monitor and track performance against key metrics (output, defects, rework, attendance, downtime) and lead Tier 1 daily management meetings. Coordinate with Planning, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure work center readiness (materials, tools, documents, etc.). Enforce safety protocols, 5S practices, standard work, and compliance with operational policies. Support onboarding, cross-training, and upskilling of team members in partnership with Learning & Development. Lead or support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation for issues impacting quality, delivery, or safety. Qualifications Bachelor's in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or a related degree. At least two years of additional relative experience, including demonstrated leadership, in lieu of a degree will also be considered. 3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including 1+ years in a formal or informal leadership role. Experience with takt time, standard work, visual management, and daily tier meetings. Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility; highly promotable with the potential to take on broader leadership roles within a fast-paced, high-growth organization Proficiency in basic digital tools (ERP, Excel, production dashboards). Strong people leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The selected candidate will perform a variety of operations to assemble and make major assembly structures such as fuselage panels and bulkheads, and structural subassemblies such as rudders, flaps, and stabilizers. Essential Functions: Read and understand blueprints and translate into fabrications of structural assemblies to include: precision drilling, countersinking, and the use of calibrated tools Aligning parts on jigs using templates and fixtures Performing part-fitting operations: filing sawing, burring, crimping, trimming, framing, riveting, drilling and reaming Measures parts with micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions May modify incomplete and complete assemblies to incorporate changes to structure and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures Required ability to be certified for a half & full face respirator Adhere to all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety guidelines and regulations Work and communicate over ambient noise Work in a variety of work spaces/positions. Work spaces may include but are not limited to small, enclosed spaces, awkward, and elevated spaces. Positions may include bending, twisting, kneeling, crawling, ascending/descending ladders, and/or working overhead. PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Workplace Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a positive and productive work environment at the Jacksonville IEM office. In addition, they will support the rollout of workplace programs and initiatives and help oversee day-to-day operations, including ad hoc administrative needs. This person is approachable, resourceful, and comfortable supporting both employee experience and operational needs. Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Verkada is a plus. Key Responsibilities Front Desk and Reception Duties Greet, welcome and direct on-site visitors in a friendly and professional manner Monitor visitor management system and issue visitor badges Answer intercom, phone and in-person inquiries, providing general information to guests and employees Receive mail and packages and assist with distribution Perform administrative tasks such as mailing, data entry, printing badges, etc. Office Operations Maintain a safe, clean, and organized office environment Order and manage office and break room supplies Assist with updating workplace documents, policies and procedures Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure a seamless employee experience Event Planning and Employee Engagement Help organize and execute office-wide onsite events, special meetings and VIP visits Collect feedback and data from employees to support continuous improvement efforts In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the Workplace Coordinator may be asked, and must be able to successfully complete, the following responsibilities on an "as needed" basis: Support larger workplace projects and space planning initiatives Cross-collaborate with other teams and/or senior management Assist the broader facilities team, from admin-type tasks to rolling up your sleeves and moving items that weigh up to 20lbs Occasional extended hours may be required to support events or business needs Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of receptionist/administrative assistant and/or front desk experience Flexibility and customer focus are a must Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly Physical Demands Activities: Sitting – 80% Walking/Standing – 20% Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 20lbs. The EHS Specialist is responsible for supporting and advancing environmental, health, and safety programs within a manufacturing environment. The EHS Specialist partners with operations, quality, and leadership teams to implement effective safety initiatives, conduct investigations, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture. Key Responsibilities Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of facility EHS programs and initiatives. Conduct routine and compliance-driven safety inspections including cranes, emergency eyewash/showers, forklifts, and other regulated equipment. Track audit findings and ensure timely corrective actions and closure. Lead or support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation to prevent recurrence. Perform Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), risk assessments, and PPE hazard assessments for new equipment, processes, and operational changes. Develop and deliver EHS training programs, including new hire orientation, regulatory training, and refresher safety courses. Maintain and update facility emergency response plans, evacuation maps, and emergency preparedness programs. Manage and maintain the chemical inventory system and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) database, ensuring compliance with Globally Harmonized System (GHS) standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify safety risks and implement practical engineering or administrative controls. Support regulatory compliance activities including OSHA requirements, recordkeeping, and environmental reporting where applicable. Analyze safety metrics, inspection data, and incident trends to identify improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions. Assist with internal and external EHS audits and support the implementation of corrective actions. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of administrative support experience in an accounting-related role within a manufacturing, industrial, or site-based environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders. High level of personal effectiveness with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced onsite environment Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and their application within the Accounts Payable function. Demonstrated experience supporting cash flow management, payment forecasting, and working capital optimization. Knowledge of internal controls, audit compliance, and financial policies related to Accounts Payable operations.
