Operate G2 print, EZR print, Write Test machine, cleaning, and appearance check. Ensure quality, safety, and production standards. Fill out detailed paperwork, reporting machine performance and production quantity. Clean centrifuges and change pucks as needed. Train associates and temporary workforce as and when required. Constantly inspect finished product as it is being printed or packed to ensure quality. Help with rework as needed. Clean machine residue and perform minor troubleshooting to machine, as needed. POSITION SUMMARY: The Driver Helper rides on the vehicle and assists a Driver in providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers who reside on a designated residential route. The Driver Helper is responsible for safely loading waste, as well as carrying bags and containers to the vehicle for disposal. The position assists the Driver in maneuvering his or her vehicle by directing the Driver from the ground. In addition, the Helper helps to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, as well as the on the route and in the work area. Must be able to operate older machinery; the oldest press has been in operation around 60 years. Create elbows and bent pipe by placing the pipe in dies and pushing metal balls through the pipe at specific angles (various axis). Creating T junctions with hydro pressing. Pressing copper/nickel alloy, some stainless steel, and Inconel. Operators must be able to do all their own die changes (1-3 per shift). Operate a saw for precise pipe cutting to length. Multi-axis, metal forming press experience is the most important. Hydro forming experience is a plus. Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Job Description The Quality Assurance Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the overall quality of products ordered, received, manufactured, stored, packaged, and sold. This role will perform all tasks as defined in specific inspection plans in a timely and efficient manner to ensure all products sourced and delivered are built to type design data. Primary Responsibilities Perform inspection duties utilizing engineering drawings, purchase orders, inspection travelers, work instructions, technical specifications, QA procedures and instructions, and other related documents. Conducts sampling inspections in accordance with approved plans and procedures. Perform conformity/first article inspections to ensure compliance with FAA approved procedures. Perform preliminary and progressive inspections of components and systems as needed, verify functional operation, and final inspections. Ensure the proper use and storage of inspection tools, measuring and test equipment. Conducts tests, inspections, based on specifications for design as required. Perform uninterrupted flow of acceptable materials to support manufacturing and customer on-time delivery. Participates in design reviews to ensure inclusion of quality requirements as needed. Provides activity and status reports to management. Participate in continuous improvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned. . Required Qualifications High School degree or GED. Eye Exam One year quality inspection experience or two years aerospace manufacturing experience. Basic math and computer skills for data entry and report generation. Basic understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and inspection instructions. Ability to use standard measuring tools and inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation practices. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a Quality Control role, preferably in aviation, aerospace, or manufacturing. Familiarity with FAA regulations and standards, including Part 145 Repair Station procedures. Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAI) and Conformity Inspections.
