Advise leadership of labor matters and assist in adjudicating all complaints filed including grievances. Participate in regular training and feed-back to labor and management staff. Communicate areas of accountability and performance expectations to labor and management staff. Develop, communicate, maintain, and improve operating and administrative procedures (consistent with area procedures and objectives) designed to provide required information and facilitate internal practices. Ensure certifications and required training and clearances are current for you and your staff. Ensure that all company policies, procedures, and controls are followed and that required reports are completed accurately, submitted on time to appropriate staff, customers and other designated personnel, and that appropriate staff and labor have a full understanding of these procedures. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Perform pick and pack, light assembly, labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed. Keep appropriate records and reports to ensure proper inventory control and security measures are followed and maintained. May assist in physical inventories.
