Educate patients on treatments, procedures, and follow-up care. Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and ensure appropriate patient follow-up appointments are scheduled. Review charts for accuracy and completion at the end of each clinic day. Adhere to HIPAA regulations, infection control standards, and universal precautions while maintaining required licensure and continuing education. Provide cross-coverage for nursing staff and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills. Strong clinical assessment and triage abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Education & Experience Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program. Current, active Florida RN license in good standing. Current CPR certification. Previous clinical experience in a physician office or hospital setting required; urology experience preferred.
