Experience • Minimum of one year of Registered Nurse experience. • Preferred: One year of experience in a hospital medical-surgical or oncology setting. • Acceptable alternative: Five years of Licensed Practical Nurse experience within the past five years, including one year of hospital medical-surgical or oncology experience License / Certification • Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida. • Valid CPR certification. • Current driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Education • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program. Other Requirements • Medical clearance for communicable diseases. • Up-to-date immunizations (e.g., TB, Hepatitis, Flu). • Ability to work extended and irregular hours as needed. • Ongoing participation in professional development and continuing education.
