Our ideal candidate is responsible for supervision of the delivery of care to residents. They assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNA’s and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor: Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment. Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required. One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
