Job Summary The Strategic Product Manager I, Upper Extremity, is responsible for the management of multiple product lines, focusing on portfolio strategy and product innovation in the upper extremity space. The role strives to identify, evaluate, and implement new product opportunities, driving selected innovation initiatives from conceptualization to market launch. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Lead the strategic direction of assigned product lines by maintaining and applying expertise on the market, customer needs, KLS (and competitive) products, surgical techniques, emerging technologies, and internal development processes.
