Communicate student outcomes and any related recommendations to faculty Organize and execute the set-up and breakdown of equipment, supplies, and materials for scheduled courses and simulations in the lab and classrooms. This includes standardized patient moulage, briefing pre-simulation, debriefing post-simulation, and integrating guided reflection as needed Manage and direct the operation of manikin simulators and Standardized Patients (SPs) to facilitate their use in healthcare education and training Facilitate simulation activities that align with course objectives and program outcomes Develop and create ways to enhance learning in the lab, such as facilitating open lab for clinical practice, lunch and learns, and other coordinated activities. Collect and analyze lab survey responses for assigned courses to determine the effectiveness of simulation on student learning, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making. Discuss the findings with the Simulation Director and the faculty course coordinator to identify potential improvements. Provide for the general cleanliness and security of the laboratory. Appropriate disposal of hazardous materials for OSHA standards.
