Hydromax USA Vaccination Requirement This position requires compliance with Hydromax USA’s vaccination safety program due to potential exposure-related health risks. Position Summary As a Combo Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Combo/Jet-Vac Truck to clean underground pipes, vaults, and tanks using high-pressure water and vacuum systems. In addition to operating specialized equipment, you will assist in setting up and managing traffic control in accordance with safety regulations and site requirements. Your work directly supports the productivity and safety of the field crew, and you will report to the Field Operations Manager. Regional & Work Environment Considerations This role involves working along busy streets, highways, and residential roads, often in high-traffic areas. Crews must follow strict safety protocols and be aware of roadside hazards. Some sites may include embankments, uneven terrain, or wet conditions. Expect outdoor challenges and changing weather conditions. This means adapting to high heat, humidity, sudden storms, and cold temperatures. Primary Responsibilities Drive and operate a Combo/Jet-Vac Truck to, from, and around assigned worksites to clean sanitary and storm collection systems utilizing a Class A / B CDL license Complete daily DOT vehicle inspections as required / maintain required fuel logs and DOT paperwork Complete the cleaning of small and large diameter pipe, vaults and tanks to Client Standards Strong ability to operate all mechanical aspects of the Combo truck independently Communicate and work with the CCTV Operator on assigned tasks at specific projects Monitor maintenance of the vehicle including coordinating repairs and conducting routine maintenance as needed Utilize simple hand tools and troubleshoot any mechanical issues with tools, Combo truck or other equipment Interact positively and professionally with the public, municipal organizations and utility clients Maintain safe work zones utilizing safety items such as traffic cones and signs / ensure proper procedures are followed Work in all weather conditions (including inclement conditions) to perform assigned duties Travel to various projects to include local and out of state locations based on business needs Job Qualifications and Skills: Valid CDL B License, prefer Combo Truck experience Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen required as a condition of employment Current DOT physical examination and the ability to obtain and maintain a Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) Desire to work 50+ hours weekly Hands on jobs and working outside in all types of weather Reliable transportation Individuals who can walk on terrain types, work in confined spaces, bend, squat and lift/carry up to 75 pounds Ability to work in confined spaces at time with proper certification Travel 2 to 3 weeks at a time as needed, work weekends and work some nights. Travel could be upwards of 80% of time based on project locations. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated _*Certified Mechanical Technician*_ to join our Facilities Maintenance Team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for properly maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the Club’s mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation and safety. Our Club offers world-class amenities, including an 18-hole championship golf course, a state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis + pickleball complex, and well-appointed social spaces, all of which are maintained at a very high standard. *Responsibilities* * Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment such as HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, pumps, motors, and plumbing fixtures, ensuring systems and surrounding work areas are kept clean and free of debris. * Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools ensure proper functioning of components while maintaining organized and clean equipment and service areas. * Repair or replace faulty mechanical parts promptly to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards, ensuring all serviced systems are left clean and properly maintained after work is completed. * Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of mechanical rooms, equipment spaces, and systems as part of routine maintenance responsibilities. * Document all maintenance activities accurately in logs and reports for future reference and compliance purposes. * Collaborate with other Facilities Maintenance Team Members to coordinate repairs and upgrades across various facility systems while maintaining orderly and well-kept mechanical areas. * Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance procedures to protect yourself and others on site and maintain a clean, safe working environment. * Assist in the installation of new mechanical equipment as needed, adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines and ensuring newly installed systems and work areas are clean and properly organized. *Requirements* * High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in mechanical systems, HVAC, industrial maintenance, or a related field preferred. * Preferred but not required: Current HVAC Certifications * Commercial Kitchen experience with specific background knowledge on Ice Machines and Walk-In/Reach-In Coolers * Valid driver’s license * 3 – 5 years’ experience in maintaining commercial or recreational facility systems, with a strong focus on mechanical components (HVAC, refrigeration, etc.) * Knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, motors, plumbing, and related mechanical components. * Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints accurately. * Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges. * Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with Members, Team Members, and vendors. * Ability to work independently or as part of a Team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain clean, organized mechanical rooms, workspaces, and equipment. * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods.
