Qualifications and Mechanical Competencies: Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps, or similar rotating industrial equipment. Tool Proficiency: Proven ability to read and interpret precision measuring instruments and technical blueprints. Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical failures in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment. Communication: Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate technical findings professionally. The "Road Warrior" Spirit: Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable record; willing to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed for on-call field service.
