A Day in the Life The Supply Chain Planning Manager will oversee the Production Planning and Materials Purchasing teams at the Jacksonville, FL manufacturing site, driving performance to achieve service and inventory targets by developing high-performing teams. As the Supply Chain Planning Manager , you will execute focused supply chain solutions which support business objectives, including supply planning, inventory management and project management. You will collaborate closely with site leadership, manufacturing, supply & demand planning, finance, new product development, and supply management. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Develop the Master Production Schedule (MPS) each month optimizing service Develop level loaded – capacity constrained weekly / daily build schedule in line with MPS and manufacturing constraints adapted to Raw Materials, labor and equipment availability Serve as a key participant in the monthly SIOP cycle, managing long-term rough-cut planning and scenario analysis. Proactively identify and escalate exceptions for business consideration, offering possible scenarios and solutions. Attend / lead Tier 2 and Tier 3 at site to provide planning inputs and guidance Own Plan vs Actual performance, conducting thorough root cause analysis with clear action plans, assigned owners, and deadlines. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong accountability and the ability to influence business decisions to drive results. Act as the primary point of contact for site leadership, manufacturing, global supply chain, finance, and plant operations teams on material planning, Plan vs Actual, and inventory matters. Champion and manage material-constrained and MRP to align manufacturing with demand, aiming for zero backorders and backlog. Support network transfer projects and balance ramp-down activities to maintain uninterrupted service. Ensure effective material planning and purchase execution to maintain optimal material availability and prevent production line stoppages. Lead VMI and supplier integration initiatives. Coach and mentor the production planning and materials purchasing teams. Skillfully contribute as a core team member on large-scale or complex projects, adding value beyond traditional supply chain responsibilities. Maintain a strategic perspective to optimize overall supply chain performance and exceed site service KPIs. Must Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of supply chain experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years of supply chain experience Experience using SAP, Blue Yonder, or similar ERP/SCM platforms Nice to Have Working knowledge of Power BI Knowledge of Supplier Management, Warehousing Demonstrated experience of leading and motivating high performing team Medical Device/ Medical Supplies Manufacturing experience APICS CPIM/CSCP Experience implementing/ utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma/A3 techniques a plus. Class A Drivers with 6 months verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 12 months earn $1400 to $1475/WK. Drivers will pick up preloaded trailer in Ocala and make deliveries to stores located in Central and Southern FL Drivers are guaranteed a minimum $1400/WK as long as no lates or missed days. Drivers earn $.60 to $.87CPM (based on experience) with an additional on-time bonus of 3% per week. After picking up trailers in Ocala, drivers will make deliveries to stores in Central and Southern FL (the Keys, Miami, Ft Myers, Tampa, Orland0). At each location the driver will take boxes and put them on roller conveyor belt that goes into the store where store personnel finish the process. No inventory or merchandising for the driver. Trucks are late model Freightliner automatics and drivers can take truck home with them as long as they have a safe and secure location. Benefits start after 60 days and include PTO, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance and more. Must live within 100 Miles of Ocala or 50 miles of Pompano Beach. JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: Safely operate a heavy-load truck. Ensure all material is properly secured at the beginning of the shift and continuously monitor after each delivery. Ensure that all customer supporting paperwork is completed and returned at the end of each shift. Collect, document, and properly secure money received to ensure alignment with customer paperwork. Report any issues or incidents related to material damage or customer matters to dispatch. Perform the daily truck inspection, pre- and post-trip (DVIR). Seek advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from supervisor. Perform and document inspections to ensure truck and equipment are kept in good condition. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of truck driving experience with a proven track record of safe driving. Possession of a CDL (type A or B) Commercial driver's license. Proficient in driving manual transmission trucks. Capability to operate a gate lift. Proficiency in operating an electric pallet jack. Job Description BAE Systems Maritime Solutions s currently seeking an eager, talented, and motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Procurement Analyst II (Supply Chain Quality Management Specialist). The Supply Chain Quality Management Specialist will serve as a critical safeguard ensuring that the BAE Systems supply chain meets the rigorous quality and regulatory standards required for defense mission success. This role is responsible for ensuring that all suppliers maintain the necessary quality certifications and Quality Management Systems (QMS) required to meet company and regulatory standards. By managing the end-to-end supplier approval process and maintaining rigorous documentation across a large-scale portfolio, this position mitigates risk and ensures the integrity of the components and services entering our production streams. Key Responsibilities as a Supply Chain Quality Management Specialist include but are not limited to: Supplier Quality Compliance: Partner closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) department to verify that all suppliers possess current and valid quality certifications. Validate supplier QMS to ensure strict alignment with BAE Systems' quality requirements. Onboarding & Documentation: Manage the Ivalua onboarding portal, ensuring all required supplier documents are uploaded, accurate, and current. Proactively track expiration dates for certifications to prevent lapses in supplier eligibility. Approval Tracking: Utilize the departmental SharePoint site to track supplier approvals and maintain a comprehensive, audit-ready record of the approved supplier list. SOW Processing: Upon notification of a Scope of Work (SOW) change by a Buyer or Program Manager, process the required documentation and track the necessary approvals through SharePoint to ensure the supplier remains qualified for the updated requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Recommendation: Act as the primary bridge between P&S and QA to streamline the communication of quality expectations to the supply base. Evaluate supplier documentation and provide formal recommendations to the QA department, who holds the final authority for approval or disqualification. Portfolio Management: Oversee quality compliance and documentation for approximately 2,000 suppliers across three shipyards. Success Metrics (KPIs) Compliance Rate: Maintain 100% compliance for supplier certifications to prevent production delays and regulatory findings. Onboarding Efficiency: Reduce supplier onboarding lead time by 90% through proactive document management and streamlined portal processing. Data Accuracy: Ensure zero discrepancies between the approved supplier list (SharePoint) and actual certification status in Ivalua. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Quality, Quality Assurance, or Supplier Management, specifically within the defense or aerospace industry. Knowledge: Deep expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and industry-standard quality certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100). Professional Certification: CQM (Certified Quality Manager) certification is highly preferred Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a high degree of precision regarding expiration dates and compliance documentation. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with external vendors and internal technical teams. Workflow Management: Ability to manage multiple concurrent approval workflows across a high-volume supplier base. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience. Proven experience with Ivalua (or similar supplier onboarding/SRM portals). Advanced proficiency in SharePoint for document control and tracking. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $61278 - $104173 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
