Sr. Commercial Analyst

Primarily responsible for developing and reporting sales performance analytics for the commercial organization with the intent of providing commercial insights that drive sales performance. The Sr. Commercial Analyst will be the champion for sales territory development by analyzing industry, competition, and customer segmentation data to drive market share and achieve margin improvement goals. This role will also track the effectiveness of sales incentive campaigns, customer rebate programs, and manage the monthly calculation / reporting of incentive compensation plans.
