Supervise the Clinical Educators in their territory. Work with the Program Management and client to decide the most efficient allocation of Clinical Educators. Chemotherapy infusion experience is a must. Strong problem-solving skills. Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance. Must have good communication, speaking, and writing skills. Ability to travel, including overnight travel. The base pay range for this position is $109K – $202K per year. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 2 years in a prehospital system at the level instructing The instructor must complete the School of EMS Instructor Orientation. Part 1: Completed prior to instructing students Part 2: Complete within 30 days of hire Part 3: Complete online module within 30 days of hire. Should complete the entire onboarding process including card course instructor within 6 months of employment. *Note the instructor must meet all requirements in their specific state, which may be more restrictive than the above* CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE: State paramedic or EMT license in good standing, depending on the level instructing Language Ability: Must exhibit the ability to read, analyze, and interpret education-related material. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence and the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures as they relate to teaching certain topics within the EMS curriculum. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions in different formats. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in the use of audio-visual equipment.
