Main Duties & Responsibilities: Primary Job Role Lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities using structured problem-solving tools such as 5 Why, fishbone analysis, 8D, and Pareto analysis. Analyze trends in scrap, rework, defects, customer complaints, supplier issues, and internal non-conformances. Develop and maintain control plans, inspection criteria, process standards, and quality documentation. Support ISO 9001/QMS compliance through internal audits, process reviews, document control support, and audit preparation. Partner with production teams to improve process capability, reduce variation, and prevent repeat defects through processes such as gage R&R. Support supplier quality performance through issue resolution, corrective action follow-up, incoming inspection improvements, and supplier scorecards. Train employees on quality requirements, inspection expectations, nonconformance handling, and process controls. Track quality performance metrics and provide management with actionable reporting. Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude: SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Independently prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment. Adapt quickly to shifting business needs and changing priorities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Format Cells, Convert to Number, Concatenate, Consolidate, Subtotals, and text functions (LEFT, RIGHT, etc.). Working knowledge of accounts receivable and/or credit processes, including reconciliation practices and financial data entry. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent multitasking ability in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on tasks. Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing business needs. Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential company and customer information. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred. 0-1 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit strongly preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant coursework, internship experience, or transferable skills will be considered. Advanced Excel proficiency required.
