Location: Jacksonville, FL Reports To: VP and Corporate Controller Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 Position Summary: The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's procure to pay activities in our Jacksonville, FL facility, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, reconciling accounts payable to the general ledger, maintaining vendor relationships, and upholding compliance with company policies, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire procure to pay process from invoice receipt through payment execution ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness in all transactions. Manage and mentor the accounts payable team, setting clear objectives, evaluating performance, and facilitating professional development to ensure a high-performing team. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, establishing accounts and addressing any invoice or payment discrepancies. Produce annual 1099's for vendors and subcontractors. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable, including: Aging reports Cash flow forecasts Contributing to overall financial management and strategy Reconcile accounts payable and vouchers payable aging reports to general ledger. Ensure the team's work is in adherence to internal controls, company policies, and external regulations affecting the accounts payable function, including auditing processes and maintain documentation for compliance purposes. Manage onboarding vendors to ensure standard terms and conditions are documented and W-9's are in place. Manage the schedule of disbursements, optimizing cash flow management while ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex issues related to accounts payable, including disputes with vendors and internal discrepancies. Review vendor invoices to ensure accurate accrual of sales and use taxes. Prepare accounts payable accruals for materials received and freight charges incurred but not invoiced at month end close. Collaborate in process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining accounts payable procedures and enhancing overall efficiency. Maintain, replenish and reconcile petty cash fund as required Perform other duties as required. Supervision of Personnel This role will be responsible for supervision/management of Accounts Payable Specialists. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field strongly preferred. 7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience 2+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing or plant environment. Experience with Infor Syteline or similar ERP preferred. Experience with Medius a bonus. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Location The position is fully on site at our Jacksonville, Florida facilities and will require you to already live in that area. We do not intend to relocate for this role, but may require up to 10% travel to IEM facilities, supplier sites, or for compliance audits or conferences. The Quality Outcomes Specialist (QOS) is responsible for improving the understanding, knowledge base, expertise and quality of OASIS scoring and home health documentation through the mentoring of home health staff. Position Overview The Senior Capital Project Manager reports to the Director, Real Estate and Construction, and is responsible for developing, managing, and administering capital projects from early programming to completion and close-out for the Facilities & Workplace (F&W) Department. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. In addition, this role will support the Director of Real Estate and Construction in the development of capital governance structure, systems and processes and manage the capital portfolio. Success in this position requires strong technical acumen, proven project management capabilities, and excellent stakeholder collaboration skills. This position will be based temporarily in NE San Antonio while our new manufacturing plant is coming online. Our permanent location is approximately 25 minutes away at Brooks, 7515 Inner Circle Dr., San Antonio, 78235. The position is also 100% in-office and does not offer remote work. Capital Project Management (Primary Job Function): Manage the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of capital projects Responsible for the whole project lifecycle from programming, planning, design, procurement, construction, integration, commissioning, and closeout Understands the business need for each project and makes on-going decisions based on what's best for the organization Develop and maintain the project execution plan, specs, and documents for capital projects Work closely with the project teams to ensure that all deliverables are compliant with IEM's standards Acts as liaison with internal and external stakeholders for capital projects Provide oversight and directives for internal project team members and external vendors/contractors throughout the project Manage coordination and communications with all parties involved, including internal and external stakeholders, other agency departments, consultants, and contractors Collaborate with key stakeholders and build consensus and drive decisions and progress Investigate, negotiate, and resolve project issues.
