Qualifications Experience in trust administration, estate settlement, probate, banking, legal services, or a related field preferred. Paralegal or legal assistant experience is a plus. Location: Jacksonville, FL Reports To: VP and Corporate Controller Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 Position Summary: The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's procure to pay activities in our Jacksonville, FL facility, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, reconciling accounts payable to the general ledger, maintaining vendor relationships, and upholding compliance with company policies, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and regulatory requirements.
