THE ROLE The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety, life safety, risk management, and compliance programs across the venue and its event operations. Facilities, CMMS & Preventive Maintenance Oversee the venue's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) as it relates to safety, compliance, preventive maintenance, and facility operations. Convert maintenance requests into work orders, assign appropriate follow-up, track completion, and monitor costs. Maintain accurate asset records and ensure required service documentation is uploaded and maintained within the CMMS. Develop and monitor preventive maintenance programs for life safety systems, mechanical systems, building systems, fleet vehicles, and other fixed and movable assets.
