Integrated Aircraft Survivability Equipment SME The Opportunity: As an aerospace engineer, you know leading-edge integrated Aircraft Survivability Equipment (iASE) and Countermeasure Dispensing Systems (CMDS) are critical to national defense. In this role, you’ll contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by evaluating, improving, and designing leading-edge aerospace technology. You’ll work with a group of aerospace engineers across the company and collaborate with government personnel to deliver world-class solutions to develop next generation and modernized iASE and CMDS solutions for fielded applications. You Have: 10+ years of experience researching technology and capability gaps in the areas of integrated aircraft survivability equipment and countermeasure dispensing systems Experience with the ALE-47 countermeasure dispensing system Experience with countermeasure dispensing system hardware and sequencer operational flight programs software Experience with mission data generator and mission date files software Knowledge of aircraft self-protection equipment and sensors Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
