Sawgrass Country Club is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance team. This is an opportunity to work on a premier private golf property in Ponte Vedra Beach and contribute to exceptional daily playing conditions for our members and guests. Golf Course Maintenance Team Members assist with the daily care, presentation, and upkeep of the golf course and surrounding landscape. Successful candidates take pride in detailed work, enjoy working outdoors, and value being part of a high-performing team. * Half Day Friday Work Schedule * Responsibilities: Mow greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and surrounding turf areas. Rake bunkers, maintain course setups, and perform detail work around playing surfaces. Operate and maintain mowing equipment, utility vehicles, and hand tools safely. Assist with irrigation repairs, hand watering, landscaping, and other cultural practices. Help prepare the course for daily play, member events, and tournaments. Maintain clean, organized work areas and report equipment or course issues promptly. Follow all club safety procedures and work effectively with supervisors and teammates. Qualifications: Previous golf course, landscape, or outdoor-maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions. Ability to perform physically active work, including walking, bending, lifting, and operating equipment. Dependable attendance, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail. Availability for early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed. Valid driver's license required. Position Overview The Operator will perform precise concrete cutting, core drilling, demolition, and removal services on commercial, industrial, and residential job sites. Managing Director, Emergency Response Full-Time | Senior Leadership | Nationwide Emergency Response & Environmental Remediation Salary Range: $175,000–$200,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications About the Role Earth Systems is seeking an experienced Managing Director, Emergency Response to lead complex emergency response and environmental remediation operations across the United States. This senior leadership position combines emergency response expertise, environmental remediation, regulatory knowledge, technical leadership, and client management. The Managing Director will lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors through complex incidents and remediation projects while helping strengthen and grow the company's emergency response and remediation capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead complex environmental emergency response and remediation projects from initial response through cleanup, remediation, and regulatory closure. Provide technical and operational leadership during oil spills, hazardous substance releases, chemical incidents, and other complex environmental emergencies. Lead and operate effectively within NIMS/Incident Command System (ICS) and Unified Command structures. Coordinate with Federal and State On-Scene Coordinators and federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. Work extensively with U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Area Committees and EPA Regional Response Teams (RRTs). Direct and coordinate Oil Spill Removal Organizations (OSROs), emergency response contractors, spill cooperatives, and other specialized resources. Evaluate and execute effective on-water oil containment and recovery strategies and tactics. Provide technical oversight of Shoreline Cleanup Assessment Technique (SCAT) activities and support the Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) process. Evaluate air modeling and other technical data to guide operational and planning decisions during chemical releases. Provide technical oversight of environmental investigation, cleanup, and remediation activities involving soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, and hazardous materials. Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, contractors, and deliverables. Maintain senior-level relationships with clients, regulators, contractors, and response organizations. Support business development, proposals, and continued growth of the Emergency Response and Remediation practice. Maintain a strong Health & Safety culture across all emergency response, remediation, and field operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or a related technical discipline. Current Professional Engineer (PE) license. Extensive experience with USCG Area Committees. Extensive experience with EPA Regional Response Teams (RRTs). Strong working knowledge of Federal and State On-Scene Coordinator roles and responsibilities. Broad knowledge and experience across federal, state, and local environmental regulatory programs. Qualified as a Type II Incident Commander or higher. Advanced knowledge of NIMS and ICS. Demonstrated experience working with OSROs, emergency response cleanup contractors, and spill cooperatives. Knowledge and practical experience with SCAT and NRDA. Current OSHA HAZWOPER qualification. Demonstrated ability to use air modeling data to guide operational and planning decisions associated with chemical releases. Demonstrated experience developing and executing on-water containment and recovery strategies during oil spill response. Experience responding to complex, multi-jurisdictional incidents involving oil, hazardous substances, and radiological components, including incidents involving civilian or military aircraft, vessels, and land-based assets. Experience leading complex environmental remediation projects and multidisciplinary teams. Strong client management, technical leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Security Requirements Knowledge and experience handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or higher-classification materials. Ability to comply with applicable federal security and information-handling requirements. Ability to meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Federal Top Secret security clearance, when required. Travel & Emergency Response Availability This position requires significant nationwide travel and the ability to mobilize on short notice for emergency response activities. Candidates must be available for emergency response assignments that may include extended deployments, overnight travel, and work outside normal business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
