Job Summary As a member of the technical staff, the LNG Process Engineer is responsible for performing process engineering and design activities in support of LNG facilities and modular energy systems through full production. This includes LNG process and utility system design, specification reviews, process simulations and calculations, equipment sizing and selection, and development of process deliverables to meet process, code, safety, and client requirements. The LNG Process Engineer conducts design reviews; coordinates with other disciplines, clients, vendors, and fabrication; and provides technical support for LNG-related products and projects currently in production. Essential Functions: Undertake engineering and design work under the supervision of Senior Engineers and the Business Development Team Accomplish tasks within the company procedures, specifications, standards, and any project specific addenda. Provide technical support to sales and marketing for bids and proposals, such as schematics, equipment selection and specification review. Perform calculations and data analysis to accurately predict on impact product design decisions. Prepare design deliverables including datasheet, specification, schedules, diagrams to enable procurement, supply, fabrication, installation, and construction to take place. Support and organize vendor technical clarification meetings. Prepare, modify, and maintain flow diagrams and P&ID's as well as equipment, instrumentation, and production specifications. Provide technical assistance to the project team as required (e.g., subcontract evaluation, scope definition, design schematics etc.). Working knowledge of LNG process systems, cryogenic service, refrigeration cycles, natural gas processing, and process safety requirements. Experience developing and reviewing PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, equipment datasheets, and process specifications for LNG or natural gas facilities. Onsite Project Manager – Facilities Projects Schedule: Full-time onsite, five days per week Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent facility projects across Palm Beach Gardens site. This individual will be responsible for managing projects from initiation and planning through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of project management experience, with a strong background in facility, infrastructure, renovation, and capital improvement projects within an active operating environment. The Project Manager must be comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and site functions while maintaining project safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple facility and infrastructure projects across the Palm Beach Gardens site. Lead projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout. Develop and maintain project scopes, budgets, schedules, execution plans, risk registers, and procurement strategies. Coordinate with site engineering, facilities, operations, EHS, quality, security, IT, maintenance, and other internal stakeholders. Manage architectural, engineering, construction, and specialty contractor activities. Lead project meetings and communicate progress, upcoming work, risks, decisions, and required actions. Monitor project costs, forecasts, commitments, invoices, changes, and contingency. Review contractor schedules, proposals, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation. Identify project risks and roadblocks and develop appropriate mitigation and recovery plans. Ensure work is executed safely and in accordance with J&J requirements, site procedures, applicable codes, and regulatory standards. Coordinate construction activities within an occupied and operational facility while minimizing disruption to site operations. Support permitting, shutdown planning, commissioning, qualification, and operational turnover activities, as applicable. Maintain complete project records and ensure timely financial and administrative closeout. Provide clear and timely reporting to site leadership and project stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, project management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience managing facility, infrastructure, renovation, or capital projects. Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects with competing priorities. Experience managing projects within active commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical-device, healthcare, or similarly regulated facilities. Strong knowledge of project planning, design management, construction management, cost control, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and change management. Experience coordinating contractors, design consultants, vendors, and cross-functional site teams. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
