We are seeking a Senior Manager, Transactions to join us either in Jacksonville, FL, Atlanta, GA, or other Regency Centers office locations may be considered. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely after the training period. Also, this person will be traveling up to 50% of the time. This person will be directly responsible for developing and maintaining Regency’s acquisition target list. They will also travel to local offices to develop and foster internal and external relationships that are key to achieving Regency’s short- and long-term acquisition goals. What You’ll Be Doing: • Travel to Regency offices and collaborate with local teams to identify acquisition targets, assign responsible parties to contact and maintain relationships with ownership, and develop external broker relationships. • Assist the Managing Director of Transactions with reviewing acquisition opportunities that come to market and tracking comparable sales data. • Provide ad hoc support to the Managing Director of Transactions, including preparing CAC presentations for acquisitions and dispositions. • Manage acquisition, disposition, and joint venture contribution processes, including coordinating due diligence, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with conditions required to close. • Foster and maintain relationships that are critical to the success of the transactions function. Are You Qualified?
