The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise data warehouse and ETL/ELT workloads in the Microsoft Azure platform, and supporting and transitioning SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) workloads to the cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise with SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics and Data Modeling to build scalable and high-performance data solutions. They will collaborate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, and other IT teams. *Key Responsibilities:* · Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable data warehouse solutions in the Microsoft Azure platform. · Create, optimize and manage ETL/ELT data pipelines using ADF to ingest data from diverse sources, to include on-premises, cloud and API sources in multiple formats. · Maintain and deploy SSIS packages that handle data integration and transformation, including migrating existing on-premises SSIS packages to Azure. · Design and create tables, views, queries, stored procedures for optimized performance, ensuring data integrity and security. · Rewrite Legacy SSIS packages using ADF and Fabric services. · Leverage Azure Synapse Analytics for data storage, processing and serving. This includes building and managing dedicated SQL pools, serverless SQL and Spark pools. · Design and implement data models (e.g. star schema, snowflake schema) that are optimized for performance and reporting. · Ensure data quality, integrity and security by implementing validation rules and quality checks, as well as access controls within the data pipelines and data warehouse. · Monitor, troubleshoot and tune data loads and query performance to ensure the efficiency and reliability of the DW environment. · Work with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git) for continuous integration and automated deployment of data solutions. · Document data warehouse architecture, ETL processes, and data models to maintain a clear and up-to-date knowledge base. · Monitor Azure resources and implement logging, alerting, and incident response mechanisms. · Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve data architecture, engineering and analytics capabilities. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Networking, Applications) to ensure smooth cloud transitions. · Adhere to established database standards. · Ensure compliance with corporate and industry security policies. Job Summary Baptist Health is looking to add a Revenue Integrity Charge Reconciliation Analyst to our Charge Reconciliation team at Baptist Metro Square. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity. The Revenue Integrity Charge Reconciliation Analyst is tasked with working with the assigned service lines's Charge Advocates and providing support to the Charge Advocates. The candidate will be responsible for attending monthly workshops and rounding with assigned departments and visiting their assigned campus's. The Revenue Integrity Charge Reconciliation Analyst will run audit reports, communicate and support non-compliant departments and help build reports. As a Revenue Integrity Charge Reconciliation Analyst, you will be responsible for: Managing, coordinating, and implementing charge capture initiatives and processes to improve revenue management and revenue protection. Discover the root cause of revenue issues and develop corrective action plans and provide education on those plans to any relevant changes that impact charge reconciliation in the clinical departments (regulatory, policy, payor related, etc.).
