The VPC Operations Project Delivery Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the success of projects for Southeast Toyota Distributors Vehicle Processing Centers (VPC). This person should be a detail‑oriented, highly organized person who can confidently facilitate Change Board processes, support cross‑functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. This person is a strong communicator with solid analytical skills, and the ability to maintain clear documentation while driving project alignment and operational excellence. The role is based out of the Westlake-Jacksonville FL facility and will require some travel, approximately, 25% to the Port-Jacksonville, FL facility and Commerce, GA facility. Responsibilities: Facilitation & Governance: Lead the end‑to‑end Change Board process, including scheduling, organizing, facilitating, and documenting meetings. Ensure all proposed changes meet governance requirements, follow established workflows, and align with VPC operational standards. Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline change governance workflows, templates, and communication practices. Data Support: Gather and analyze data related to project progress performance; including creating dashboards, reports, charts and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders utilizing department SharePoint and Power BI, and other systems implemented to support project management efforts. Project Planning & Coordination: Partner with VPC Operations to develop project charters, define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs. Identify risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring changes approved through the Change Board integrate smoothly and do not introduce unintended impacts. Collaboration in Project Meetings: Provide training and support to project team members on project management tools, processes, and best practices. Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to align priorities and execute project plans and initiatives. Maintain transparent communication regarding decisions, timelines, impacts, and next steps. Promote a collaborative environment that ensures stakeholder needs are addressed. Project Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation. This includes project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting notes. Consult on final reports, conduct post-project evaluations, and archive project documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred Minimum two years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or project coordination Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Project). Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Smartsheets preferred.
